Monthly Smoketown Rotary C&O Canal Clean Up at Brunswick Boat Ramp

Join the Smoketown Canal Stewards in their monthly clean up, usually the first Saturday of the month. They pick up trash, keep weeds under control, and remove graffiti. This is a quick and easy way to help keep the Potomac and the C&O Canal a beautiful place and let’s us give back to a place that we all enjoy. There is an official Smoketown Roatary Canal Steward at each event and volunteers are required to sign a waiver. Please note that we are working on Federal property so we follow their rules. This event can be cancelled or postponed due to weather conditions, high water, etc., so make sure to check before you go. Hope to see you there!
